The traditional cooking follows Slow Food principles and uses home grown ingredients and local products

Breakfast and dinner are prepared daily with high quality ingredients, home-grown or from other local farmers or artisanal producers. Once a week, guests can enjoy a typical barbecue prepared in the garden with fresh meat and sausages produced by Prasiano's neighbouring farmers. A selection of the best regional wines is a perfect match with Prasiano's Slow Food dinner.
Upon request guests may have dinner at Podere Prasiano on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Dinner is served at 20:00 and must be booked before 11:00 the same day. The menu consists of appetizers, home-made pasta, main course with meat and vegetables, dessert and coffee at a price of € 35, excluding drinks. Special prices will be applied for children under 11.
Weather permitting, breakfast and dinner are served in the garden.
